Under Art. 10 of the Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz, WpPG), companies listed on the stock market are required to publish once a year a document containing or referring to all information published by the company in the previous fiscal year in compliance with certain provisions of German capital market law (so-called „annual document“).
